The information collected on this form is recorded in a computerised file (surname, first name, telephone number and email address ) to enable us to send you confirmations of your guest-room and tour bookings and information on how to reach the establishment.

The data collected is shared only with the following recipient: Cathy ROUSSET.

None of the data collected is passed on to any commercial operator.

The data is kept for 10 years and deleted beyond that period. 

You may access the data concerning you, rectify it, request its erasure, or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data.

Security and data management

• Your personal data (bookings, messages, reviews) is stored on our own data server, under our sole control — not on a third-party commercial platform or an advertising cloud.
• The public site is served through a secured front-end server (OVH, France), linked to our data server by a private encrypted connection (VPN).
• We only collect what is strictly necessary to handle your request.
• Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising or profiling.
• The site is fully encrypted (HTTPS); our forms are protected against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Audience measurement uses Umami (self-hosted), without cookies and respecting Do Not Track — no advertising tracking.
