The Marceline Room
On the first floor
The room's character
You will be in a quiet setting in this room, whose bright window has a view of the balcony and the landscaped inner courtyard.
Why Marceline, you wonder? The poet Marceline Desbordes-Valmore (1786-1859) marked her era and the French Romantic movement with her very personal and engaged texts. You will discover some of her poems in the room.
The original configuration and decoration of the room give it its modernity, and after a day of visits or work, you will find a place suitable for relaxation with its sofa and its refreshment tray.
The bedding is new and anti-allergy treated. If you are staying with family and have a baby under 3 years old, a crib can be graciously provided in the room.
In case of strong heat, the ceiling fan is effective at helping you get a restful night’s sleep, and the electric roller shade, combined with an outdoor awning, helps keep the room as cool as possible. In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer and a heated towel rail.

Testimonials
They stayed with us
